This Italian cookery course is a favourite at the College. Have you ever eaten at an Italian restaurant wishing you could recreate classic Italian food to impress your friends and family. Now is your opportunity to learn in a relaxed atmosphere.
This 10-week fun programme will show you how to make pasta, pizza, focaccia, risotto, gnocchi, also including Italian classics like lasagne and minestrone soup. What Italian meal would be complete without dessert from simple pannacotta and stunning tiramisu.
