If you want advanced employment in the construction industry, this HNC Surveying course will give you a high-level understanding of the design, function, construction and statutory requirements for buildings of all classes.

What's more, successful completion of the HNC Surveying meets the academic requirements for entry to the Associate qualification of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You will develop knowledge of building maintenance, quality assurance, maintenance management, construction techniques, building materials, building inspection, building services and contract procedures.
If you successfully complete the HNC Surveying, you could top up your qualification to a professionally accredited Honours degree.
